34.5 Weeks!

Well, I am now 34.5 weeks pregnant and starting to feel the effects of the third trimester. This pregnancy has been going very well for me - I certainly can't complain much! Especially now that our household seems to have recovered from a month-long cold/sinus/flu thing... Only 5 weeks to go!

Well, they say that the baby should be measuring about a little over 5 lbs now and around 18.5". Though that probably means more like 4 lbs and 20" for this little one (based on how Ellie grew!). We are certainly getting excited for the next Marcus babe to arrive! Ellie has been practicing her "Love" with all her baby dolls and has been excited to see all the baby stuff that has been appearing around the house as I am pulling it out of storage.

I thought some of you might enjoy seeing an updated photo of how much this baby has popped lately. Amazingly, my stomach seems to be bigger than last time, despite having only gained half the weight I did when I was pregnant with Ellie. Guess we will have to wait and see! We still don't know the sex (and don't plan to find out until the birth), but since about week 20, my family has convinced me that it's going to be a boy. My initial gut was telling me girl, so now I'm really confused. It will truly be a surprise either way!
