Thank you, Brandy Pyle, for the bath-tub paints... Ellie has decided that body paint is now far more fun than painting the bathtub.  Not sure if she was trying to be Rudolph here, or just trying to make her mother think she had a bloody nose...

Dental Visit

Eliana was due for another dental checkup this last week.  She did awesome!  No cavities again!  We made sure the Victoria got to see how it all went as well since she will have her first visit with Nick next summer.  And what's the fun in visiting the dentist without a "ride" in the chair and of course a toy from the toy chest?  Even Malin decided to get in on the action.

PS  For those that are wondering, NO.  I do not always dress them alike!  But it is fun to have one outfit once in a while...

Celebrate the Light!

I think it has officially become a tradition - the Celebrate the Light show that Chad Koosman puts on for the Salvation Army each year.  Eliana has now seen the lights every year since her birth.  Well, I guess you can say Victoria and Malin have as well!  Anyway, we piled the kids into the car one evening and decided to go in "search" for some Christmas lights (we knew we'd end up at Koosman's).  Of course the girls loved the lights, though I think Tors enjoyed pressing the buttons on the radio more while we watched on the bluff.  Anyway, if you ever had any doubts that you can fit 5 people in the front seats of our mini-van, here's the proof!  (Nick was sitting in the drivers seat taking the picture).

High Heels

They are far too young for high heels, right?  That doesn't seem to stop them.  They have some dress-up shoes that they have been stomping around the house in all week.  Ellie took them out and was walking around, and of course, anything she does, Tors has to do too!

November 2012

Yep - it's catch-up time again!  I know, I know... I said it would be easier with my phone and I would stay caught up, right?  And it is!  But the reality is that with three little munchkins constantly demanding my attention, anything that requires the use of two hands these days just doesn't happen.  Well, the kids are in bed and I've got 20 minutes before I call it a night, so here ya go!  (These photos are in no particular order, though, as I have no time for THAT kind of organization these days!  Ha!)

Double-Cousins Weekend 2012!  Yep, this is the only picture I have from the whole girls-only weekend.  And this is pretty much what it consisted of - food, movies, relaxation, and girl-time.  It was heaven!  As you can see, we were FAR too busy to take any other pictures...

Willmar Holidaze Parade 2012!  The girls and I enjoyed a beautiful November evening with Grammy and Papa - the weather couldn't have been any better for the parade.  We hit up the petting zoo, had dinner at McD's, and collected far too much candy at the parade.  Good times had by all!

A while back I posted a picture of Nick with Eliana and Victoria both fast asleep on top of each other.  Turns out Victoria can fall asleep almost anywhere when she's that tired as is evidenced by the fact that I got her to fall asleep on top of Malin and I!  Honestly, he's still got a better touch than me, though.

During Double-Cousins weekend, the men and children were banished from the house, so Nick and the girls and Steve and Kenzie invaded mom and dads one day.

Turkey Leg 5K 2012!  Yep, we ALL participated!  It was cold and WINDY, and pushing strollers is hard work, so our times weren't great.  But, we did it, we finished, and we were able to eat extra pie during Thanksgiving Dinner because of it!

Malin just keeps on growing.  Here, she is all bundled up with smiles for the Turkey Leg race!

We celebrated Thanksgiving (after the race, of course) at Amanda & Steve's house in Delano.  The next morning, we helped Heather and John move into their new house in Plymouth.  Instead of driving home in between, we booked a room at a nearby hotel and the girls got to spend Thanksgiving evening and the next morning playing in the kiddie pool.  They had a blast.  Amanda and Kenzie even joined us the next morning for some pool time.
